Chef Kratky has a true passion for food, wine, and making his guests extremely happy. Chef Kratky carries an Associates Degree from Florida Culinary Institute, Two Master Classes from The Culinary Institute of America, is Serve Safe Certified, has been invited to cook at The James Beard House, has been featured in Chef Magazine and, as he says his best achievement to date: The opening of his own Private Chef Service business in Park City back in 2006 and is still running strong today. Chef Kratky has battled 4 spinal cord surgeries since '08, with one of them a result of a tumor in the C Spine. Chef Kratky tries to do as much PT and exercise to keep up with his busy, but loved lifestyle.
